Its more to do with the Certificates and the bset way to Tackle it is to Enable SSL 2.0 and disable SSL 3.0. The steps are as follows,
Step 1 : Launch Internet Explorer.
Step 2: Click on Tools and Internet Options.
Step 3: Click on Advanced Tab.
Step 4: Look for SSL 2.0 and 3.0
Step 5: Usually you will have SSL 3.0 Checked. Uncheck it.
Step 6: Check 2.0 Click apply and Close.
