Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site

This problem is because you are trying to change (add or change elements) your HTML document before the document is fully downloaded.



-Check if any script accesses the HTML elements. also, if you are using "style='behavior:xyz.htc'" check that the .htc file is not involve with the HTML
document.

-If you think you never add/change the HTML documents.

-I need more information about your application and the specific problem: is it intranet app or internet app ?,
-what is the IE version (5.5 or else) ?,
-when do you experience the problem (all the app pages or specific
one)?,
-what is the network specification (LAN, WAN..) ?
