How to fix a javascript:void(0) error in Internet Explorer

  1. For Windows XP, go to Start Menu, go to Control Panel, go to Network and Internet Connections, and then go to Internet Options.
    For Windows Vista and Windows 7, go to Start Menu, go to Control Panel, go to Network and Internet, and then go to Internet Options.
  2. Under Advanced tab, click on Reset button. See image below.
  3. Another confirmation window will show up. Put a check box if you want to delete your personal settings. By default, it is unchecked. Then click Reset button to proceed with the reset.
  4. Wait until the resetting process will be done. You will be able to know if it is done if the Close button is available.
  5. Open Internet Explorer.
If this issue will not be fixed, try reinstalling the browser or you need to try it on another browser. Remember, clearing your browsing history will not fix this issue. Just do not waste your time clearing your browsing history.
